After that a specialized forman visit the site and check all technical needs to accomplish the projects and provide the customer with a printed catalogue of patterns textures and colors of stamped concrete.
When all that is done the sales team contact the customer and provide him with full detail about what work should be done how much the cost and time to finish the project, also within this time customer must be choose the color and design.
After visiting the site, our team discusses how to implement the project, and according to the customer’s requirements, the quality of the iron and the thickness of the cement are determined in the workshop. If the customer wants to pour a printed and colored concrete floor for a road on which heavy equipment passes, for example, in this case we need thick iron. And the thickness of the concrete is greater to bear the weight without splitting or cracking.
Also, when implementing any project, we always strive to secure water sewers, so we shed the ground so that the water can slide into the sewers.
The project is implemented by generally following these steps:
– First, rehabilitate and level the land in a flat manner suitable for water sliding
– Secondly, the iron fences are flashed and attached (the thickness of the iron fences is chosen according to the project)
– After that, the floor is poured with cement (thickness according to the customer’s request and according to the project). Superplasticizer and fiberglass are added to the cement to improve its hardness and quality.
– Stamping concrete according to the agreed chosen pattern and texture.
– Cut the floor lengthwise and widthwise every 5 meters in order to prevent cracking and splitting.
– Wash the floor with acid and water upon completion of pouring and normalizing
– Sealer is added to insulate and polish the floor (Indian sealer).
SIC Concrete undertakes to commit itself for a period of five years from the date of implementation to repair and restore any peeling or mottling of the color used in the printed concrete floor implemented by it.
